Teacher Child Interaction Training (TCIT) is an evidence-based professional development model for classrooms from preschool through 1st grade that strengthens teachers’ skills in building positive relationships and managing classroom behavior through proactive, non-punitive, positive strategies.

The model incorporates extensive training on evidence-based skills and strategies through 8 weeks of live coaching in the classroom by a PCIT certified clinician to support the educators’ acquisition of the skills.
