Supervised Visitation Facilitator Job Description
Responsible for providing facilitated and supervised visitation for clients and children at CYS facilities as a part-time employee (0-29 hours per week). Hours are afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Duties consist of supervising and observing visitations, maintain accurate and thorough case files, prepare reports based on observations for our funders, maintain solid working relationships with clients, staff and participating governing agencies. Attend agency and department meetings and training. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We prioritize the training and onboarding process to ensure that new staff are competent and comfortable in the crucial role they play in facilitating visits between parents and children. While this a part-time position, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated employees with a specific skill set to engage with families going through complex circumstances.
EDUCATION: High school graduate. Related experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of experience working with children and families in an educational or social work setting.
ABILITIES: Must have good written and oral communication skills, computer knowledge and customer service experience. Must be willing to submit a writing example. Bi-lingual preferred.
Salary: From $16.10 per hour
Must submit to and pass background checks including DMV. Must have a valid California Driver's License, and automobile insurance as required by law.

Clinical Supervisor - Job Description

Must have Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling.

Must be Licensed for a minimum of 2 years as an LCSW or LMFT and currently be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Requirements – Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed therapist (LCSW or LMFT) with at least 5 years of counseling experience.

Must have additional experience including supervision of staff, program development and collaboration with funders and community organizations.

Some programs may require certification.

Proven abilities in the areas of written and oral communication, knowledge of child welfare laws and community resources.

Knowledge of computers, HIPAA regulations and electronic health records.
Basic Function:

Supervise all aspects of assigned clinical programs:
-
Day-to-day clinical and programmatic supervision of staff. May also include supervision of non-clinical staff and/or student trainees.

Program development, ensuring contract compliance, interagency coordination, developing and maintaining relationships with funding sources and responsibility for all programmatic reports.

Provide individual, family and group therapy to children, youth and families.

Review monthly financial statements for programs as provided by the Finance Department

50% Provides day-to-day clinical staff supervision ensuring adherence to model and program trains new staff in the in the program/model, receives and assign all incoming referrals, conducts quality and model-adherent assurance evaluations and monitors the efficiency and method of services delivered.

20% Provides program development, contract compliance, interagency coordination, and maintains relationship with funding source(s). Implements programs; ensures program compliance; conducts regular program evaluation, implementing change as needed.

15% Maintains regular client caseload, assists in facilitation of psycho-educational classes, and participates in regular clinical supervision group with Clinical Director.

10% Compiles and reviews monthly and annual program and statistical reports and billings and ensures compliance with all funding sources for programs supervised.

5% Reviews monthly financial statements for programs as provided by the Finance Department.
