Adult Anger Management

We all know what anger
is, and we’ve all felt it. Anger is a
completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion.
But when it gets out of control, it can lead to problems.
At Comprehensive Youth Services,
we understand. We know that sometimes
you can’t get rid of or avoid the things and people that make you angry.
And often you can’t change them.
This class is designed to teach you to recognize
your physical and emotional anger cues and to find healthy alternatives to
violence. Classes are 1-1/2 hours long once a week for six weeks.
